As parents I/we believe that our daughter/son has serious intent and strong motivation to study abroad. I/We will support this endeavor before, during and after the experience. We/I absolve World Experience Scholarships from any legal liability for our child’s health, safety, and general welfare during this experience. We/I consent to the use of our child’s picture and quotes from student reports in future publications. We/I understand that if he/she withdraws before departure that all monies granted will be returned. We/I understand that selecting the AGREE button constitutes acceptance of the above statements.

Application Instructions

Step 1:

Gather the following documents before preparing the application:

1. A certificate from your High School or your diploma. It must indicate your current academic ranking. It must indicate if the school is public, private or subsidized. Scan and save as a pdf document named SCHOOLyourname.pdf where «yourname» is your name, e.g. SCHOOLjohndoe.pdf

2. A head and shoulders picture. Save the picture on your computer as a jpeg document named pictureyourname.jpg where «yourname» is your name, e.g. picturejohndoe.jpg

3. A recommendation letter from a teacher or official of your High School. It must indicate any scholarships the student is receiving. Scan and save as a pdf document named scholarshipyourname.pdf where «yourname» is your name, e.g. scholarshipjohndoe.pdf

4. A recommendation letter from your sponsor organization.The letter must contain a statement confirming the applicant’s acceptance in the sponsor organization program and a statement about the applicant’s financial need and any financial support granted to him/her. Scan and save as a pdf document named recommendyourname.pdf where «yourname» is your name, e.g. recommendjohndoe.pdf

5. Document indicating you are receiving another scholarship or form of financial support. Scan and save as scholarshipyourname.pdf. “yourname” is your name, e.g. scholarshipjoseperez.pdf.

Step 2:

1. Completely fill out the application online on this page. Do NOT download or print the application.

2. For all documents in Step 1 that you have saved on your computer you have to include them as part of your application by using the Attachments section at the bottom of the application.

3. Press the Submit button and the application will be submitted to World Experience Scholarships.

Your application is NOT complete until all required documents in Step 1 are attached and all fields in the Student Scholarship Application are complete.

A confirmation of your submission will arrive to your e-mail within the following three days.

Any extra document you may need to submit should be attached to an email addressed to applications@worldexperience
scholarships.com with Subject: YourNameApplication. If you request another person to submit a document on your behalf it should go by email to the same address with the appropriate subject.
